Nanomaterials and their applications

Nanotechnology is the technology which deals the things on nanometeric scale (1-100 nm). The properties of materials at this scale is entirely different from these at bulk level. One nanometer spans three to five atoms lined up in a row. By the comarision of diameter of human hair is about 5 order larger than a nanoscale particle. Nanomaterials play important role in modern development of science due to its small size and larger surface area and have large range of valuable applications in different fields such as in solar cell drug delivery moisture gas temperature and pressure sensors etc.
