In today's time information is the main requirement of human beings. Most of our lives are in the production recording processing repackaging transferring of information etc. Information can be obtained in many ways such as formal and informal print through non-print information. The library is broadcasting from one place to another in various formats like print and non-print in different languages of the world; the library has an important contribution to meeting the information needs of the users of the parent institutions. The progress of a library depends on the configuration of its user. The information resources of the library whether it is a print or a collection of non-print libraries provide a place for deep research. Due to the explosion of information a large amount of information is generated in the library. Information centers are where information is preserved processed and broadcasted. Information sought by the user is transmitted to the user in many forms or formats by the library. The library and information center are the heart of any educational institution by which the user of that institution provides the necessary material for teaching and learning.
