Natural Science Picture of the World

The most complete world pictures of the special sciences (disciplinary ontologies) were formed in physics astronomy chemistry. They or part of them served as the basis for general scientific pictures of the world (Galileo-Newton Maxwell-Einstein Prigozhin-Haken). These disciplinary ontologies contributed to the development of other special scientific pictures of the world such as biological geological geographical as well as natural science pictures of the world: technical mathematical informational medical ecological and develop interconnections with them. Disciplinary ontologies include individual specific models and many representations; they closely interact with planetary-civilizational envelopes: technosphere noosphere etc. The terminology of the physical picture of the world is the most widespread and studied. It is widely used by representatives of the technogenic civilization which still maintains its position in many areas despite the fact that these positions are gradually being conquered by the informational civilization. Because of the importance of basic scientific terms each section is preceded by a brief glossary.
