Nature of jurisprudential theses: Mexican legal system

The purpose of this publication is to establish the nature of the jurisprudential theses. Jurisprudential thesis; because based on the criteria of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) it can be of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) it can be:- The abstract form of a legal criterion; or- The interpretation of a normative precept.However a third possibility is explored:- That the jurisprudential thesis by reason of its obligatory nature and form of the scope of a normative precept so that since it should be read in coordination must be read in coordination with said precept it configures a norm.
