Education in prison is understood in this work as an instrument of resocialization and social reintegration of the person deprived of freedom which can only fulfill this function if there is a philosophical understanding of Prison Ontological Pedagogy. In this context philosophy will be a fundamental element for the reflection and understanding of these persons. Based on Sartre's Phenomenological Ontology I analyzed and suggested methods and a Prison Ontological Pedagogy for the person in prison.
