Needs and motives

Motive is the consideration on which the subject must act. Therefore a motive gives a certain direction to a need. We often have a poor understanding of motives but we are good at motivating our actions. Motivating is a rational explanation of the subject''s reasons for his actions. With the help of motivation the individual justifies his or her actions and actions. Many psychologists believe that the main reason for activity is the subject''s desire to satisfy his or her needs. Needs are the individual''s condition created by his or her need for objects necessary for his or her existence and development. In order to live and act in the world around them a person needs food water air movements material and spiritual culture other people etc. Thus the need is necessarily linked to the need.
