Nil-Dashan is the story of Mahatma Gandhis visit to Champaran and his opposition to the British rule there and his broad thinking; Whereas Amrita Pritam: Ek Khamosh Nazm is an altogether different story of poetess/storyteller Amrita Pritams unrequited love with well-known poet Sahir Ludhianvi and painter Imroz.
