About the Book: Neelay Badal is a story about a mad scientist who wants to convert the people into Ardhmanv so that he can rule the world. He was constructing his factory secretly. He needed manpower for the same. So initially he invented Sunharey Badal. But Rajesh and Ritesh destroyed his machines which were manufacturing Suneharey Badal. He shifted his base and arranged new machines and manufactured Neelay Badal and also then started converting the people into Ardhmanav. This time he caught Rajesh and Ritesh and planned to convert them into the Ardhmanav. Whether he changed them into the Ardhmanav?
