Neoadjuvant short-course radiotherapy in rectal cancer

Systematic review of neoadjuvant short course radiotherapy in rectal cancer as well as the experience in our center since 2010.During the last decades we have experienced an important advance in the field of Radiation Oncology where hypofractionated treatments are becoming increasingly important and arouse more interest hence rectal cancer is a pathology conducive to extend the use of these treatment schemes.
