Chronic pain is a complex multifactorial condition that persists beyond the normal tissue healing time often affecting physical psychological and social well-being. This work explores the underlying mechanisms clinical presentations and biopsychosocial impacts of chronic pain. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary management approaches including physiotherapy pharmacological interventions and psychological therapies. The goal is to promote a deeper understanding of chronic pain and to highlight strategies that improve functional outcomes and quality of life in affected individuals.
