Neuroblastoma in the Infant

Prospective longitudinal descriptive observational study conducted at the Juan Manuel Márquez Pediatric Hospital from January 1995 to December 2017. A prospective longitudinal descriptive observational study was performed. All patients (N) under 1 year of age (infants) who were treated in the Oncopediatrics service in conjunction with the Surgery Service with Neuroblastoma diagnosis were studied. We worked with the variables age sex location of the lesion initial symptoms presence of metastasis access route to sample collection for definitive histological study extent of surgical treatment complications and mortality.
