Neuropsychology is a clinical discipline that converges between neurology and psychology and studies the effects of injury damage or abnormal functioning in the structures of the central nervous system on cognitive psychological emotional and individual behavioral processes which can be caused by trauma stroke tumors neurodegenerative diseases and developmental diseases. There are several approaches to this science distinguishing classical cognitive and experimental neuropsychology. Over the years different methods for the exploration of neurocognitive functions and analyzers have been developed. Batteries of tests have been designed to evaluate them; one of the most complete is the battery of neuropsychological tests of Luria used with different adaptations according to the pathology to be studied. The main purpose of this research is to present a compilation of neuropsychological techniques adapted from Luria''s classic neuropsychological test batteries for the exploration of neurocognitive functions and the state of cortical functioning levels.
