<p>This book constitutes short papers Doctoral Consortium and Workshops papers which were held in conjunction with the 28th European Conference on New Trends in Databases and Information Systems ADBIS 2024 which took place in Bayonne France during August 28���31 2024.</p><p>The total of 28 full papers and 7 short papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 103 submissions.
