Next Ventures

Well this is the book following on from Moving on and Up. Having decided to leave the County Council following a settlement agreement which had taken a few months to sort out. I had been used in several roles during this time. To be honest I'd enjoyed most things I'd done in every job I think I always have. I always wanted to do everything to the best of my ability. I suppose I've always done the same when in the building trade I knew I wasn't a cabinet maker I however did any timber work that I carried out pretty reasonably. I got regular work with a few other tradesmen during recessions due to this. I think everyone should have these ethics whatever they do. We can always do our best be polite and courteous. It costs nothing and often makes people smile.
