NGOs' Capacity Building and Mission Drift

This book is the updated version of my PhD dissertation defended on 26 September 2020 at the University of Jyväskylä. This book primarily focuses on NGOs efforts towards poverty reduction and how their commercial approach especially microfinance NGOs negatively affecting the poor. This book has also given recommendations to build capacity so that NGOs can be succeeded to meet both of their objectives which are poverty reduction and organizational sustainability. This book has discussed NGOs microfinance poverty and capacity building from broader perspective. This book could be be very useful for academics NGOs and donor organizations to get empirical and theoretical views from diverse perspective.
