Nigeria and India Law and Policy issue in Forest Conservation and Management for Sustainable Development started with a vision to search for law and policy in Nigeria that when compared with India will control and eliminate deforestation. We are aware that without Law and Policy that restrict unnecessary felling of trees in Nigeria and India people will fell trees indiscriminately; hereby leading to loss and extinction of habitats ecosystem biodiversity Environmental degradation Environmental decline and may even lead to climate change. This book therefore seeks to find out and make available for future research on how to restrict abate restrain and limit deforestation thereby encouraging aforestation. It is apt and innovative as the present trends in the world are green environment climate change and environmental sustainability.
