<p>A body locked in a car is recovered from Jordan River Salt Lake City. The find sparks an investigation by homicide Detective Harriet Sullivan that will endanger her life. She is drawn into a web of corrupt police corporate bosses and US Government officials linked to the trade of rare earth mineral Niobium. Used as a super alloy in aerospace superconductive applications and next generation computers it is classified as a critical raw material and the need to secure a supply is becoming imperative.
