<b>Miranda July </b>is a writer filmmaker and artist. Her most recent book is <i>The First Bad Man</i> a novel. Her writing has appeared in the <i>Paris Review</i> <i>Harper's</i> and the <i>New Yorker</i>; <i>It Chooses You</i> was her first book of non-fiction.
