Nobel laureates of chemistry from 1901 to present millennium

The Nobel Prize in Chemistry; Awarded to 175 Nobel Laureates since 1901 focuses on this topic along with the Nobel Laureates who achieved the accolade of Nobel Prize in Chemistry (1901-2016) by playing games with chemical molecules. At least 25 laureates have received the Nobel Prize for contributions in the field of organic chemistry more than any other field of chemistry. As of 2016 the prize has been awarded to 174 individuals including four women: Maria Skłodowska-Curie Irène Joliot-Curie (1935) Dorothy Hodgkin (1964) and Ada Yonath (2009). There have been eight years in which the Nobel Prize in Chemistry was not awarded.
