NOC4: Addendum (The NOC Trilogy Supplement to)

Ironically I am assembling and including in this fourth book the bits n pieces that I had to omit way back then for a number of reasons. In the first place some of the information was still restricted at the time and I did not want to run afoul of my previous employer. But over time some details have become open source material. Secondly I had to contend with space limitations. With the benefit of hindsight I will also be addressing events where changes and/or newly available knowledge shed a different light on those past events.Supplement to The NOC Trilogy.
