Noetic and Heartfelt Prayer

Do you wish O monk to know how beautiful Christ is... ? Pray noetically without ceasing to your Christ from the heart and even to the point of pain...Let us beseech the Lord to open the eyes of our soul so that we may see the necessity of uninterrupted heartfelt prayer and begin the holy struggle with the grace of the Holy Spirit. Thus we will hope in our hearts glorifying the Lord Jesus in the Father and the Spirit and being grateful to the 'Despairing' brother of ours who as an instrument of the Holy Spirit encourages us in the salvific and contemplative work of noetic and heartfelt prayer.
