Non additive lattice group-valued set functions and limit theorems

The book deals with recent and new results about main properties limit theorems and integration for lattice group-valued set functions not necessarily finitely additive. The often used methods are sliding hump-type techniques. The limit theorems are given both with respect to classical like type convergences and in connection with filter/ideal convergence extending several types of classical results.
