Non-governmental organisations in Guinea-Bissau

Non-governmental organisations in Guinea-Bissau faced with the absence of the Guinean state when it comes to providing basic goods for the population have been pointed out by various scholars as possible temporary solutions to the current context. In view of this it is necessary to investigate the effectiveness of their interventions and issues related to the process of evaluating the projects carried out. In a simplified way the book presents how the process of evaluating social projects carried out by ADPP EDEC PCI and PLAN INTERNACIONAL in Guinea-Bissau takes place. With this project I hope to promote the development of CSOs especially non-governmental organisations in Guinea-Bissau.
