She received her B.A. from the University of South Florida her M.A. from the University of Georgia and her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. She has taught nonverbal communication courses for more than thirty years in addition to other interpersonal organizational intercultural and public communication courses. She has published in the area of mentoring distance learning intercultural education and rhetoric and public address.</p>
