Normal Saline Povidone Iodine and Chlorhexidine to Wound Healing

Wounds after surgery need special attention in order to recover well. During this time many topical agents were used in postoperative wound care. Normal saline is one of the most commonly used ingredients in wound care. Povidone iodine as an additional ingredient to be applied at the end of wound care. While chlorhexidine is a new substance for wound care. The results of this study prove that chlorhexidine is better used as a wound care agent than normal saline and povidone iodine.
