Norman's Folly charts the three year period between coming across a little piece of paradise in 2006 and leaving their comfortable life in the UK in 2009. There's no divorce bankruptcy or other crisis so favoured by TV producers. Instead Norman's Folly is a series of insightful and often amusing anecdotes following the family's attempts to undertake everyday activities and integrate into the Basque community.
