North of Shanghai South of Beijing: 上海以北北京以南

North of Shanghai South of Beijing is a collection of short novels written by Chinese American writer Sonia Hu. The main theme of the stories focuses on love and relationships that took place in Beijing Shanghai and New York from 1990s to 2010s. 《上海以北，北京以南》是华裔作家纽约桃花的中短篇小说集，综合了她十几年的创作精华，包括在90年代初期撰写的中篇小说《北京往事如尘》以及短篇小说《艺术家的情人与老婆》、《上海2004》、《永别情人》等。这本小说集时间跨度十五年，描述了在上海、北京和纽约三地发生的感情与人生故事。每篇小说写作手法不一，或叙事，或感性，或冷观，展现了作者不同风格的写作技巧。
