Not Even Basic

<p>Sometimes going back to the beginning is the only way to move forward. For me to take the next steps in growing my faith I had to first accept that I wasn't even basic.</p><p>The strength of our basic foundation is what holds us up when life's inevitable storms rage around us. Our foundations were tested by a tornado. Lessons I learned while researching for <em>Not Even Basic</em> gave me the strength to withstand a storm trying to dismantle more than just my home.</p><p>Hebrews 6:1-2 changed me giving my foundation the strength I needed to weather large storms. Whatever we face we can be assured that God will never leave us or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). However the stronger we make our foundation the easier it is to see and hear Him while the winds howl around us. </p>
