Not My Idea

<p><em><strong>Lucas you must return home.</strong></em></p><p> </p><p>That cryptic sentence draws twenty-two-year-old Lucas Bywood home from his Grand Tour. From the moment he steps back in his family home he finds himself caught in a complicated tangle of events. His mother is struggling to recover from a riding accident. His father has arranged a marriage for him and apparently everyone in the county knows about it.  </p><p> </p><p>With a house party in play Lucas finds himself courting a young woman he doesn't like a furious best friend who wants a duel to satisfy honor and the responsibility of finding who and why someone had caused an accident for his mother. </p><p> </p><p>This was not his idea of how he was going to spend his summer.</p><p> </p>
