This early work originally intended for use by the Womens Institutes and other bodies supporting the traditional English art of quilting contains an interesting introduction and sixteen beautiful plates displaying a selection of museum piece quilts. Many of the earliest books particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive.
