<p>Frankie (only her mother calls her Frances) can't believe she's won a Non-Traditional Student scholarship to NYU at Pine Ridge. While it will mean moving to the sticks she doesn't really mind. She'll get out the frozen potato packing plant and hopefully have more time with Bella her beautiful little girl.
