Inspired by Nietzsche Stirner and Wilde he rejected church state and rising fascism advocating for the sovereignty of the individual. His writings crafted while a fugitive facing execution blend lyrical nihilism with a fierce celebration of personal freedom. Novatore lived his defiance until his death in a 1922 shootout with authorities at age 32.</p><p>This collection translated by Wolfi Landstreicher includes Novatore's key works-Toward the Creative Nothing My Iconoclastic Individualism Black Flags and Cry of Rebellion. Reissued in 2025 by the Union of Egoists' Stand Alone project it features a fresh design Landstreicher's insightful introduction and all original 2012 content.
