Novel DNA Vaccine Candidates to Human Respiratory Syncytial Viruses

This book describes the development of a novel DNA vaccine candidate to human respiratory synytial viruses. Within this book you can follow a step by step generation of novel recombinant vector expressing the fusion protein of HRSV. The ability of the newly recombinant vectors to express the fusion protein were firstly examined in vitro by transfection of suitable cell line. As well Immunogenicity and protection efficiency of these vectors were tested in mouse model.
