Novel Reconstruction Techniques for Magnetic Resonance Imaging

This textbook presents and discusses several example unconventional reconstruction strategies to address the problems of unconventional signal acquisition reconstruction under B0 inhomogeneity reconstruction in the presence of in-plane motion reconstruction from non-uniformly sampled k-space reconstruction of activation maps in functional MRI (fMRI) under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) conditions and reconstruction of fiber tracks using multi-component modeling. The goal of this presentation is not only to show the utility of these example techniques but also to provide ideas for further investigation in their respective areas and beyond that are not bound by the traditional approaches.
