Nursing Research in Context

Government policy states that nursing should be a research-based profession. The vision for nursing in the 21st century is for all nurses to seek out and apply evidence in their practice for an increasing number to be actively participating in research and for some to become leaders in the field of research. This book will enable student and professional nurses to develop an awareness and appreciation of research to understand the policy context and the implications for their own professional development.
