Thus he uses the best of Greek culture in which he was an expert to show that the truth that philosophers wish to attain is found in the teachings of Christ. A prolific writer unfortunately only a small part of his works have been preserved the best known being his Exhortations to the Gentiles The Pedagogue and Stromat��is or Tapices.</p>
