Obstetric Hysterectomy

Several factors are associated with the reasons leading to the decision to perform obstetric hysterectomy. With the advent of new technologies and technical scientific progress in the field of medicine obstetric hysterectomy decreases in frequency and at the same time improves the evolution of the patients submitted to the procedure. The results of an investigation are presented describing the clinical and epidemiological conditions present in the patients who underwent obstetric hysterectomy at the Hospital Docente Ginecobstétrico 10 de Octubre.
