The military aeronautical environment is characterized by the diversity of its noise pollution which represents a major occupational hazard for aeronautical personnel mainly fighter and helicopter pilots. They are responsible for occupational deafness. The aims of our work were to: 1- Describe occupational deafness among Tunisian military helicopter pilots.2- Cite the legal redress available for this occupational disease.
