Occupational health in managerial workers

The aim of this book is to verify the relationship between organisational culture organisational support positive psychological capital at work and general health in managerial workers. To this end a descriptive exploratory and correlational study was carried out with a quantitative approach involving professionals in the area of administration. The subjects answered the Brazilian Instrument for the Assessment of Organisational Culture (IBACO) the Scale of Perceived Organisational Support (EPSO) the Scale of Positive Psychological Capital at Work (ECPP) and the General Health Questionnaire (QSG-12) and Socio-demographic Questionnaire. The analyses confirmed the hypotheses of the influence of organisational culture organisational support positive psychological capital at work and general health.
