Our earth is covered 2/3rd by oceans the concept of books title is borrowed from the vast water body which has no limit. Our knowledge is very much like the oceans. However we learn things which always seemed to be endless. Just the difference which can be seen will be the Creation. Ocean of Creation is based on these water body and knowledge combinations.
