Octapace Framework Based Study of Organizational Culture

This book primarily deals with the organizational culture which is considered to be the DNA of the organization. Culture plays an important role in shaping any organization. It evolves with the business perspective. The escalating importance of culture is also partly a result of the increasing turbulence complexity and unpredictability faced by the organizations in their external environments. The concept of organizational culture has received increasing attention in recent years both from academicians and practitioners. This book discusses a major framework of OCTAPACE as a good progressive way of building organizations. A detailed description of each dimension of OCTAPACE framework with special emphasis on one of the central university of India has also been provided.
