<p>With war brewing in Loc Valen and Scorpio imposing conscriptions across the Water Court Locke and Lark have fewer allies than ever. With the walls closing in around them they must look beyond their own borders for aid; to a court more ruthless than their own.</p><p><br></p><p>As tensions continue to boil over Scorpio will stop at nothing to destroy Lark and all of Port Azure and Lark struggles to come to terms with her impending death.
