Robert Greenler a physicist is a writer of books on optical sky effects and the joys of playing with science. In this book he writes a memoir of important events in his development as a scientist. Greenler taught physics for many years at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has had a life-long passion for teaching and making science accessible at all levels from children and the general public to physics graduate students.
