The arrangement is alphabetical under the names of the grantees with the number of acres dates locations and references to the pages in the original records in the Land Office of Frankfort. There are more than 45000 entries most being devoted to early Fayette Lincoln and Jefferson County records. There also are Military Warrants 1782-1793; Court of Appeals Deeds-Grantees 1783-1846; Grantors 1783-1846; Wills 1769-1850; and Attorneys 1781-1853.
