Old Somerset on the Eastern Shore of Maryland

At the time of its formation Old Somerset included all the territory that is now Somerset Wicomico and Worcester counties. In addition to the deeds wills and commissions the genealogical material contained herein includes extensive documented lists of early settlers with considerable biographical data. The 100-page appendix to the work contains still other valuable lists of source records and genealogical notes of early families.
