In 1973 at the age of 10 Danny's father was brutally murdered by the IRA whilst serving with the Security Forces in Ulster during 'The Troubles'. Twenty years later whilst investigating a robbery in North Londonas a Detective Sergeant with the Metropolitan Police he uncovers a tenuous link to the IRA Cell responsible for his father's death. Whilst following thisinformationhe attracts the attention of a Senior Police Officer from the Royal Ulster Constabulary tasked with reinvestigating unsolved Murders from the 'Troubles'.
