ON PURPOSE

This book of poetry was written to encourage and inspire those who are facing mental health challenges and battle with depression and anxiety. During challenging times our spirits must be nurtured and equipped with a positive mindset in order to realize that life is all about passing tests. These tests are put in place to teach us about ourselves and to help us grow. There are no mistakes in life - only opportunities to grow. The more we pay attention to the signs we are given and develop a healthy sense of love and compassion for ourselves and others the path to clarity and self-development will clear a way for us to walk. Our compass is our ability to love ourselves and find what lights our fire. Hopefully this book of poetry will help you find some light and comfort in challenging times. It is only after the storm that we are able to see the rainbow.
