The book consists of 3 articles:1. Exit of Signiteries from Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: Responsibilities of State Parties.There has been so much violation of customary international law on warfare by States and their agents as a resort to the use of force leading to grave humanitarian crisis. The aim of this work is to highlight responsibilities accorded SP of the ICC by the Statute as well as persuade aggrieved SP to carry out such responsibilities rather than of exiting.2. Piracy in the Gulf of Guinea and the Application of International Law.The essence of this work is to examine the role of applicable modern international instruments institutions and the collective responsibilities of all stakeholders in the GoG. 3. Separatist Agitations and a United Nigeria.This work is an attempt to persuade the Nigerian government to approach a peaceful means of resolving issues leading to separatist agitations. The work is divided into 4 main parts which are: the definitions and concepts of separatist agitations reasons for separatist agitations analysis of such agitations in Nigeria as well as solutions and strategies in ensuring a united Nigeria.
