On the Discovery of the Cross

<p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(55 65 81 1)>In his discourse Saint Cyril Archbishop of Jerusalem reflects on the discovery of the Cross of Jesus Christ and its profound significance for believers. He discusses the commandment from the Law of Moses to celebrate feasts and highlights the honor of the Cross which was revealed above the Savior's grave. Cyril also mentions the baptism of Isaac the Samaritan and the gathering of the Orthodox faithful in the Shrine of the Resurrection.
