Even so the happy carefree life in Valcos changed abruptly the day Nazis entered town when enemy officers took up residence in the Engeland home with intentions of securing Captain Engeland's influential help. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(128 128 128 1)>Petra Engeland only fourteen had good reason to channel her resourcefulness into a life or death struggle with the invaders.
